How long does shipping take?
US orders: 3–6 business days. International orders: 12–26 business days. Each item is made to order, so please allow a short production window before it ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?
Because every item is made to order, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse (wrong size, changed your mind, etc.). If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

How do I report a damaged or misprinted item?
Email us at info@becca-q.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Do you offer exchanges?
Size exchanges aren't automatic since items are made to order — email us and we'll help case by case.
