Cancellation policy

Order Cancellations
Because most BECCA Q items are custom made-to-order, production begins shortly after your order is placed. If you need to cancel or change an order (size, color, shipping address, etc.), contact us at info@becca-q.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate the request, but once an order has entered production it can no longer be canceled, changed, or refunded for buyer's remorse.

Digital Products
Digital downloads are delivered instantly and cannot be canceled once the order is placed and the download link has been issued.

Rewards / Loyalty Program
If you are enrolled in our loyalty or rewards program, you may opt out or close your account at any time by contacting us at info@becca-q.com. This does not affect points or rewards already earned unless otherwise stated at the time they were issued.
